DIRECTOR OF THE LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT AGENCY OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
The Director of The Labour and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina is Mr. Sarić Huso, graduate economist.
He was born in Gacko on September, 6th 1956. He completed primary school ‘Franjo Kluz’ and the Second Grammar School in Sarajevo. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Sarajevo in 1981.
Prior to his appointment as the Director of The Labour and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina he performed the following duties:
• Compound Organization of Associated Labour (SOUR) ‘Unis’ Sarajevo –
coordinator of economic and transport organizations,
• Public Auditing Service of the Socialist Republic of BiH – Head Office Sarajevo –
Junior staff member, staff member, advisor in the Directorate of Inspection in the Public Auditing Service Head Office of SR BiH in Sarajevo,
• Federation Ministry of Finances – Finantial Police – inspector,
• Federation Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport – Assistant Minister,
• Football Club 'Željezničar' Sarajevo – Management member,
• 'Tržni centar' Ltd. Sarajevo until the establishment of TC 'Merkator' Sarajevo –
President of the Managing Board,
• 'Texa' Ltd. Sarajevo – President of the Managing Board until the termination of
privatization process.
By Decision of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina he was appointed Director of The Labour and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Having been appointed to that position, he took the lead of a team which brought to its end the period of the establishment of the instititution, appointment of staff, equiping the premises and all other issues accompanying this process, at the same time taking over the functions given to the authority of The Labour and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as building a reputation which the Agency enjoys at present. All planned tasks have been successfully completed, the result of which is the fact that The Labour and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has become an unavoidable partner in both local and international activites in the area of labour and employment.
Mr. Sarić lives in Sarajevo, he is married and has three daughters.
