The Advisory Committee of the Agency gives:

- its opinion regarding the policies of labour, employment and social security adopted by the authorized organs in Bosnia-Herzegovina;

- its recommendations regarding the Agency's Programme of activites to be adopted by the Council of Ministers;

- its opinion on the reports submitted according to the Conventions of the International Labour Organization;

- its opinion on the work of the Agency and recommendations regarding the improvement of work.          

The Advisory Committee is composed of one representative from each Entity authority and the Brčko District of BiH, as well as of three members proposed by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.  The Director of the Agency and his Deputy, Directors of the Entity Employment Institutes participate, by functions, in the work of the Advisory Committee without the decision right on issues related to the work of  the Agency.

- Mr. Markota, Franjo, appointed by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH,

Members:
- Mr. Dizdarević, Damir, appointed by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH,
- Mr. Čaušević, Fikret, appointed by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH,
- Ms. Džana Kadribegović, appointed by the Government of Federation of BiH,
- Mr. Jovičić, Brane, appointed by the Brčko District BiH Government.

The Advisory Committee members by functions are:

- Mr. Gajović, Slobodan, Deputy Director of the Labour and Emploument Agency of BiH,
- Mr. Šarić, Miralem, Director of the Federation Employment Institute,
- Mr. Veselinović, Nedeljko, Director of the Republika Srpska Employment Institute,
- Mr. Nenadić, Mladenko, Director of the Employment Institute of the Brčko District.
